I just unloaded the kiln.  With one exception everything seems pretty good. and I now have most designs back in stock..  School has started and I have a pretty demanding schedule.  I will try to get another kiln up in early to mid october. I'd really appreciate it if anybody looking for mugs over the holidays could ask me early on.

The 90 miler finished yesterday.  I couldn't race again this year because my leg is not completely better.   But I handed out hundreds of cups of water on Friday and then sat in a safety boat on Saturday.. I glazed on Sunday so as not to mope at the finish.

Today while I was waiting for the kiln to cool I paddled through the Saranacs then rode the hills back. My leg and back were a bit sore but this is a great improvement from a couple weeks ago.
